Garden Series

Flowers inhabit a liminal space between the conscious and the unconscious just as the bowl does. Individual plants have their own inner reference that I am endlessly fascinated by, always at a tangent, numinous, at the edge of understanding. These images are an ongoing exploration of the symbols that emerge out of the association of an ever changing array of light, plants, weather and objects. Mainly taken in my own garden.
